Delivery & Returns

It is important to us that you receive your items in a timely manner, which is why we post out your items the next day.
Delivery costs:-
  • Free delivery for orders over £50
  • For orders under £50 delivery is £4.25
  • Free click and collect in store.

Returns

Even though we are sure you’ll love the items you’ve ordered, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or the item is unsuitable.  This is why we give you 14 days to return the unworn items.

The items must be returned in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging and unworn with all labels still attached, to qualify for our returns policy.

We have the right to refuse to refund items if:

  • The items are returned damaged
  • If the items are returned after 14 days

The original receipt must be provided as proof of purchase.  Valid forms of receipt are your delivery note or your order confirmation email.

You can return items to us by post, send your returned items to Mini Couture,

You must send:

  1. The items in their original unworn condition.
  2. Proof of purchase – delivery note, confirmation email.

You will need to pay for the postage.  We do not accept any responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in the post. You must ensure that your items are securely packaged, and obtain a proof of posting.
